Wine breeding:

18 months in Bordeaux barrels

Objective: micro-oxygenation and contribution of wood for complex aromas.

Tasting:

A delicate nose, well-balanced tannins and aromas of jammy red fruits (blackberry, plum, blackcurrant) resulting in great finesse and beautiful complexity.

A woody presence but well balanced with notes of cocoa, leather and truffle.

A wine ready to drink due to its medium acidity, with good aging potential and an interesting aromatic evolution to come.
