From vine to wine...
All the wines from the estate come from our plots cultivated using organic farming methods.
All grapes are hand-picked into crates to preserve their quality until they are placed in the vat.
No inputs are used before, during or after the winemaking process until bottling.
These processes occur naturally, thanks to the indigenous yeasts present on the grapes.
All winemaking work is done manually, gently, with respect for the raw materials.
Regular and valuable monitoring and impeccable hygiene make it possible to do without oenological products.
Letting time, in control, is the best way to bring to life a complete wine, true to its identity and its terroir.
Unfiltered wines contribute to the production of distinctive, elegant, and flavorful wines. Over time, the wines become clearer through sedimentation.
Long aging periods in barrels can last from 24 to 36 months so that substance and complexity transform into finesse.
Plantavin wines are therefore produced using artisanal, limited-production methods (maximum 3000 bottles per vintage)...
...for truly artisanal wines.
